We’ve been tasked with finding a site with planning for 10-60 dwellings and a second, again with planning, for 100-200 homes for two developers we work with regularly. Please don’t take each scale as definitive, both are approximates and both house builders are eager to consider a variety of opportunities.

Unfortunately, given the confidential nature of our work we can’t disclose the details of the interested parties but should you be aware of any development land matching the above criteria we’d love to hear from you.
