Busy Bees
Never one to turn down an event, the last couple of weeks have been fairly busy for Future Land…
Gladman kindly hosted an evening BBQ at the Racks in Bristol, as part of a RABD get together that was a great networking opportunity for Tash. It also enabled us to build a stronger relationship with the gents at Gladman, and find out more about their needs for land acquisition in the South West.
Next there was the Redrow Boat Party along the Thames in London. Another fantastic evening with great opportunity from the team. Following this was the Goughs Charity Golf Day in aid of Devizes Opportunity Centre. Cumberwell Park played host to 100 developers, architects, agents, solicitors and accountants. Though the weather was’t on our side for the whole game it was still an enjoyable day with yet more networking and the total made for the charity was a staggering £7500.
Finally, playing as a guest of Thrings Solicitors, there was the Halsall Charity Golf Day in aid of Ovarian Cancer – another wonderful cause. The afternoon at Farrington Park was great and allowed us to increase our strong contact base even further.
Despite all the networking we have also had a lot going on in the office too. We are currently working on a number of opportunities in Wiltshire, Bristol and Stroud, with yet more in the pipe line! It’s all starting to kick off again after the summer holidays and we’re very excited to see what the next few months have to offer…
