The 27th April marked our second corporate golf day held, again, at The Manor House Golf Club in Castle Combe. The weather, though chilly, remained dry and our ‘Putters’ and ‘Professionals’ were out in full force. It was fantastic to have everyone together again, including some new faces, for another fun, relaxed day of golf. The Halfway house was open on the 9th hole serving beers, ciders and pasties for our guests to enjoy… which they did in abundance!

Following a full round everyone met in the clubhouse for some further refreshments before heading to the Methuen Arms in Corsham where our guests checked into their rooms. After a period of relaxation we all met in the bar for some drinks before heading into our private dining room where we experienced the culinary delights of Lee, the Head Chef. The wine and conversation flowed throughout the evening into the early hours of Friday morning. Breakfast was served to everyone as they all gradually emerged from their bedrooms, some more bleary eyed than others!

It was a pleasure to host everyone that came, we hope the day was as enjoyable for our guests as it was for us and we look forward to some more events throughout the year…
